All services are provided personally by the teacher and tailored to each student’s level and goals.
2. Booking and Payment
- Lessons must be booked in advance via email or an online booking tool (if available).
- Payments must be made in full prior to the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods will be shared upon booking (e.g., EFT, PayPal).
- Invoices can be provided upon request.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may reschedule or cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- In the event the teacher needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Use of Website
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its server.
